The breakfast was great! The staff was extra helpful and the food was delicious. Peaches is an employee that not only offered to get a bowl of delicious grits for me, but also brought a map of downtown and booklets that had information about the city. She went beyond service, she was exceptional! Love the location, across the street from the Stevens Center (ballet) and we could walk to the children's museum. This is a great hotel to stay in when visiting downtown Winston-Salem.

we come to visit Winston same every 2 month for a business convention and they by far have the best staff anywhere. Even during the rush of checking so many guests in they keep a fresh attitude and a great smile. this crew is like the Chik Fil A of the hotel business. speaking of food what can I say about that INCREDIBLE breakfast and those OMELETTES are just to die for. Im looking forward to our next visit

I enjoyed that the room had the bedroom separate from the front living room, which gave privacy in either space. It was clean. They had great breakfast choices and complimentary drinks for guests. There was an open lounge space on the 2nd floor that was beautiful!
